Dr. Chelsea’s clinical focus is women’s health, with a deep commitment to supporting women through every stage of life. She specializes in menstrual cycle irregularities, hormonal imbalances, fertility, preconception and postpartum care, as well as perimenopause and menopause. Whether the goal is to balance hormones, improve cycle health, reduce PMS, or ease the transition into midlife, her approach is rooted in restoring foundational health and honoring the body’s innate wisdom.
Dr. Chelsea has a special passion for fertility and preconception care. She believes vibrant health is the foundation for healthy families, strong futures, and a meaningful legacy. She supports both women and men in optimizing their well-being so they can conceive with confidence, navigate pregnancy with strength and support, and build the thriving lives they envision.
She also works closely with patients experiencing fatigue and adrenal/autonomic nervous system dysregulation, particularly during the hormonal and lifestyle transitions that occur throughout a woman’s life, helping them restore energy, resilience and long-term vitality.
Throughout her doctoral program, Dr. Chelsea underwent additional training in general primary care, women’s health, fertility, chronic viral illnesses, and pediatric care. She completed advanced training in Craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation (Barral Institute), advanced IV therapy, mind-body medicine, Kinesio Taping 1-3 (Kinesio University), botanical medicine foraging/medicine preparation and medical uses, as well as various women’s health and infertility courses/seminars, further deepening her comprehensive understanding of women’s reproductive health. She also volunteered as medical staff in a number of free health clinics and sporting events in the Seattle area, such as the AMEN clinic, Spikefest, Seattle Marathon and Emerald City Volleyball Tournament, offering medical care and aid.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Chelsea enjoys time with her family, exercising, cooking nourishing meals, reading, knitting and researching/providing educational resources and actionable steps to reduce toxins in your home (toxin.conscious.home on Instagram).
